| GARLIC JO'S is a restaurant that specializes in dishes using
garlic. Family-style dishes are served so that everyone can share.
Giant cloves of garlic from Tagomachi, Aomori are used in all
cooking-even the oil used for frying is from garlic. The interior
design is reminiscent of an old-fashioned farm house in Gilroy,
California's famous West Coast town for garlic growing, where we can
feel the warmth from the vast garlic field. This cozy atmosphere is
like being invited into the farmer's house for a party. Smoking is not
allowed in our restaurant so that it doesn't interfere with the
delicious scent of garlic. Our staff at GARLIC JO'S provides quality
service in a homey and friendly environment. |
